All work done by Pyro Web, unless otherwise stated, are ruled by the following terms and conditions
Definition of our terminology as used within this document:
- A 'Project' is any work undertaken or service provided by Pyro Web for the Client on their request and as described in our confirmation order email to that Client.
- A 'Client' is a person, persons, business or organisation using any of the services provided by Pyro Web.
- 'Live Date’ means the date the website is available on the Client.
- 'Open Source Software' is software made freely available to anyone under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
- 'Hosting' is a yearly cost to keep a clients website activated online.
- 'Content' is both text and images that the Client requires on the website.
- 'mb' stands for megabytes and is a measure of storage space.
Terms and Conditions
- Any Project between Pyro Web and the Client will be on these conditions and any other conditions do not have any effect unless recorded in writing
- The project consists of work agreed between Pyro Web and the Client send in email format by Pyro Web to the Client on project start.
- Any extra work added to the initial project can alter Cost, Timescales or the terms and conditions as deemed appropriate by Pyro Web
- Pyro Web expects the client to carry our sufficient research on the project. This include legal research – Pyro Web cannot be liable for any illegal action on the website or with regards to its content.
- Any content (images and text) is responsibility of the client to approve. If any legal problems arise because of copyright or legality of the content it is the Clients responsibly and not Pyro Webs.
- Pyro Web will only start a project once the initial agreed deposit is paid in full
- Payment Stages differ for different amount and different projects.
- Deposit for website design is either 50% or £300. Cost for any adult Project could be greater.
- The deposit covers any design work, research, admin and communication cost and is strictly non refundable
- Further payments are paid every 2-4 weeks
- Payment stages are agreed upon job start.
- Payments are non refundable
- If the client cancels the project before completion the next payment due must be paid immediately
- If Pyro Web cancels the project the current project work done can be sold to client at a reasonable agreed cost or depending on the circumstances a full refund maybe offered
- Pyro Web will provide the Client with an expected completion date for the Project if requested. Pyro Web will endeavour to meet any given deadline, but do not guarantee and are not bound in any way to complete the Project by this date. The expected completion date provided by any employee of Pyro Web is purely an estimate.
- If required guarantees on the date of completion for the live date can be arranged by my incur extra payments
- Late delivery of the project because of unforeseen circumstances is not a valid reason for a refund
- It is the Client’s responsibility to check with Pyro Web whether Open Source Software is being used or not.
- All own all design and code of the website are property of Pyro Web until final payment has been received in full. Once final payment is received, the Client will then own the design and code of the website.
- If the Client does not Pyro Web Hosting services, then the management and Hosting of the Domain name are the full responsibility of the Client.
- Pyro Web does not guarantee that the website will be compatible with any updates to internet browsers or new software after completion of project. Pyro Web does not guarantee the website will be compatible with past versions of internet browsers or software.
